Dear Parents / Guardians,

We’ve had a lot of inquiries from parents regarding an Open House before school starts on Aug. 31, 2021. Initially, we have been telling parents we were not going to hold an Open House due to our PD Day on Monday, Aug. 30, however, we have been able to shorten our staff PD Day on Aug. 30 to accommodate the PD and Open House for this day.

Parents, the great news is …  you can now bring your child and their supplies to drop off and meet the teacher from 1-3 pm on Monday, Aug. 30, 2021!!

If you are unable to make the Open House, your child can bring their supplies to class during their Staggered Entry day. The Staggered Entry Days are as follows:

Students in Grades 1/3/5 (and this will include the Split French Grade 5/6F class) will come for a full day on Aug. 31, 2021

Students in Grades 2/4/6 (and this will include the Split French Grade 3/4F class) will come for a full day on Sept. 1, 2021

Kindergarten Students will have 1 Staggered Entry day starting from Aug. 31 – Sept. 3 and only for a couple hours (9:30-11:30am and 1-3pm). We ask that one parent and only the kindergarten student come for the orientation. If you have not been given a day and time for your Kindergarten Child, please contact the school office at 780-674-8518.

All Grade 1-6 students will attend school starting on Thursday, Sept. 2.

Busses will be running on the Staggered Entry Days for all students that have registered for the bus.
