Due to school being closed indefinitely at this point in the school year, BES has been instructed by our school board to refund school fees paid for field trips that have not taken place yet.  Parents and guardians who paid school fees online will have already received their credit back to their method of payment.  Those who paid by cash or cheque are being reimbursed via a cheque in the mail.  All refund cheques will be processed within the next week and mailed out.  For students who had outstanding school fees field trips that haven’t taken place will have those portions of fees waived.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds please contact Ms. Stephanie Cerny at stephanie.cerny@pembinahills.ca
